Hi, I was born at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY Feb. 3 1958. I only know my first birth name Ann Marie. Was born with a functioning heart murmur. I've got reddish brown, long, wavy hair (copper), olive green eyes cream-rose skin and freckles. Pug nose. Mole on left upper back(removed) other moles but grew in later. I understand if you do not want contact that's fine, some things are better left unsaid and or hidden....I'd like cultural and medical back round. The birth cert. I've got has my adopted parents on it. Very confusing, for me finding myself as a person and growing up where I did. If we ever make contact I'll tell you why, if not no matter. Adoption was through Spence Chapin. Thank you
