I am looking for my brother. My mother put him up for adoption in 1965, In Montreal, Quebec. I believe it was through The Salvation Army. My mothers name is Nona Higgs now. She would have been Nona/Noni Bulmer then. She said that she was allowed to name him. She called him "Sean". About 10 years ago I received a letter from, I think it was Family Services?? Im pretty sure it was from Quebec. Unfortunately, I didnt keep the letter. At the time I received it, I didnt know where my mother was. I do believe the agency had been trying to find her and they found me. The agency wasnt able to tell him about me because they neede my mother's approval. I have since found her!! She is living in Calgary. I dont know anything about who his father would be. I would love to meet my brother. | |||||||||||||||||||||
