Trying to determine parents of Charles Nitterhouse, born between 1848 and 1853 in Pennsylvania and died in Arkansas in 1928 (April 8). Charles is on the 1860 and 1870 census records for Chambersburg, PA (Franklin County),but was not living with Nitterhouses on either census. Ancestry.com's death record from Faulkner Co. in Arkansas lists his last name as Netterhouse. I suspect his father may have been Charles S Nitterhouse or G. W. Nitterhouse but I can not find any birth records. | |||||||||||||||||||||
