I am a mother looking for 2 girls that was taken by CPS in Angelina County in 1996, and, adopeted in Angelina County in 1998. Melissa Marie Taber was born July 25th 1994 in Galveston county. Kelsie Kaye Taber was born September 21st, 1996 in Anglelina County. They Have a brother William Albert Taber IV, that they met before they were adopted, and now have 2 half brothers, Bryson Bevans and Nathen Taber. Which all of them want to meet their sisters.
