Looking for Birth Family. May have lived in American Fork or Lehi, Utah. I was born September 26, 1956 at American Fork Hospital My mother was 35 years old at the time. She was married and on welfare and had 6 other children. The other children were from 2 previous marriages. My birth father was in prison at the time of my adoption and the papers were sent there for his signature. He was 5'6" and 115 pounds. My birth mother was 5'4" and 180 pounds. I believe they have both passed away now. I am interested in finding my half siblings and I believe I may have had a twin sister who was also put up for adoption, or a sister born after me who was also put up for adoption. Delivering doctor was Delbert Hales of Spanish Fork. The adoption was final in November of 1957 in Salt Lake City to Delos and Patricia Richards of West Jordan.
