Searching for birthmother. I was born 11/19/1964 in Caddo Parish. Adopted through Catholic Charities and must have been in a home before going home with parents, because they said I was a month old when they received me. My father was in the Air Force, James and Marie Conlon, catholics. I had dark eyes and full head dark hair when born. That is all I know. My parents said my name was Terese..named by birthmother?, when they received me. Kept it as a middle name and my first name is Susan. My daughter's name is Terese. November 30, 2012: Just recently received new info from Division of Child and Family Services. I was adopted outof Rapides Parish. I was surrenderedin Alabama (was my mother from there?), but adoptedin LA. My mother had completed nursing school,and was 23 years old. She had a "peaches and cream" complexion and was poised and confident. My mother's mother remarried when she was 8, and my mother and her brother were adopted by her stepfather, and her parents had 3 more children together. My birth father completed medical school andwas 35 whenI was born. He had dark hair, green-brown eyes. My birth mother had blonde hairand blue eyes. | |||||||||||||||||||||
