I am searching for my biological family. My father Charles Franklin Spice aka Kenneth Frakes was one of 6 children put up for adoption by my grandmother, who stated that the state took the children from her stating that she was unfit due to being in an unsafe environment. It is said that my biological grandfather was abusive. I am looking for Robert Jewel Spice, Jr, b.Nov 23,1949, Lillian Evelyn Spice, b.Dec 28, 1945, Steven Joe Spice, b. Nov 15, 1950, and Linda Lou Spice, b.Sept 6, 1948. My biological grandmothers name was Lillian LaDoris Shuey Spice and my grandfathers name was Robert Jewel Spice. I was able to obtain the above information after my grandmother passed away as she kept their original birth certificates. If you have any information, please contact me.
