I was born July 29, 1985, via a planned c-section. I was discharged home to my adoptive parents on August 2, 1985. My birthmother had had a child previous, who was also c-section because she had toxemia. I was 10 lbs, 22 inches long. My adoption attorney was Jack Garrettson. My birthmother filled out a medical history sheet in which she indicated she was 5'7, with hazel eyes, brown hair, and a fair skin tone. | |||||||||||||||||||||
