Male, age 39 searching for birthmother or birthfather. Born 12/73 Birthmother's name Joan Higgins age: 60 plus Father: Raymond Nuckles age: 60-70 in 1971-72 he worked at Dupont in Richmond, VA. Both Parents were living in Richmond in the 70's. Birthmother had a few kids she give up for adoption but does have 1 child I know of named Henry Higgins. I need help finding them due to medical problems. I have MD and I am currently in a wheelchair unable to walk.
