I am not sure if this will help me in my search for biological family, mother, father or siblings. My birth name is Emelia Zumaya, born Dec. 15, 1957 in Tijuana, Mexico. Name of birth parents, unknown. To my understanding, I was born to a family with many children. The family was very pour and made the decision to have some of their children adopted. I and my sister were sick in a hospital in Tijuana and that is where my adopted parents saw me and made the decision to adopt. There is no knowledge of my sister being older, younger a twin or deceased. My adopted/current name is Emilia Luanne Serrano. Adopted as an infant to a family in San Diego named Joe E. and Dolores R. Serrano. I was raised in San Diego and still live there. Any information in my search will be most appreciated.
