I am searching for the the birth records of my grandmother. She was adopted in 1922/1923. Her mother died when she was about six months old and wanted to make sure that my grandmother kept her given(first)name at birth "Ricarda". My grandmother was born on 09/15/1922. She grandmother doesn't know who or what her birth mother's name is. I was told my grandmother was born in the/or a Santa Lucia Hospital???? My grandmother adopted last name is Castillo. Her full name after she was adopted was Maria RicarIda Castillo. She was an only child and I would love to know where she came from and what her nationality is.
