Hello. I'm looking for any records regarding my father. I don't know much at all about his biological family, just that his mother was possibly Scandinavian, a very vague description. He was born May 20, 1953. Brown eyes. Adopted by Nick/Lester (not sure which one my grandpa went by back then) & Treva Carter. They named him James Kane Carter, and I believe his biological name, or just the name the adoption agency gave him, was Belisle. I've been looking for so long for just a shred of information on where my dad comes from. I've also been told he possibly has two biological sisters not much older than he is, if that helps. | |||||||||||||||||||||
