Hi! I am hoping to match with my birthparents and any siblings.other family members. STATE: ILLINOIS Town/city: AURORA County: KANE Birthdate: Jan 24, 1958 + Time: 4:42pm Agency adopted through: catholic charities Hospital: St. Joseph In 1958 it was the older St.Joseph Hosp, that is or was where catholic nuns live/lived. Adopted parents name: McCormick Attending physician: John R, Wessel, signed birth record on jan 27,1958 address: Box1252. Hinkley,Illinois All this info is from a certified copy of a birth record I have. Number 72753 Also states mine was a single birth and no sibling at the time. Adoptive Parents lived in Crystal Lake,Il at time of adopting me. Received for filing on Feb 4, 1958 by William G. Konrad (Local Registrar) Illinois Dept of Public Health= Bureau of Statistics I have no other info given to me by anyone. I was born with reddish blonde hair and I am left=handed if that helps at all.
