I am looking for my brother. I do not know his name, but I believe he was born December 23, 1985 at Oshawa General Hospital, now known as Lakeridge Health. My family name is Mills. I have another brother that is a year older than me. My mother's name is Christine. I have been trying to reach him through this registry and another one, but he registered four years ago and is now unreachable through email.
