I am helping my son find his birth mother (or any other birth family members) in Romania. He was born Denis Mihai Poitelea on 8/15/97 to CARMEN MIHAELA POITELEA in Roman, Romania. She was listed as 25 years old at that time and unmarried. There is no information regarding the father. He was adopted in June 1999 at age 20 1/2 months old from the orphanage in Roman, Romania. He left the orphanage on June 27, 1999 to live in the USA. I was old that the Social Worker for the orphanage knew the mother and secured her signature for Denis to be adopted. I was told Denis stayed at the hospital until 2 months old before being moved to the orphanage. Denis is very strong, athletically gifted with gentically well defined muscle definition. He has thick and straight brown hair, big brown eyes with long eyelashes, darker skin tone than tans easily. He is very socially gifted making friends easily as well having innate leadership qualities. The adoption agency was Adopt International and the Romanian facilitators name was Anca. The doctor that worked there was named Vlad. I do not have last names these two people.
