 HOWARD, JOHN H. married Sibyl last name unknown. Children were David, Richard Baxter and George. Sons ended up in Jackson County, West Virginia in their teens about 1840's living with other families. No record of what happened to parents but assume they died between 1840 and 1850. Richard Baxter Howard is my gggrandfather. He first married a Catherine Flinn in 1866 and then my gggrandmother, Susan Amanda Knotts in 1874. Looking for any information on Richard or Susan. Believed both died in Jackson County, West Virginia. Susan and Richard were the parents of my ggrandmother, Rose Elizabeth Howard. Rose married John Gaylord Riddel and resided in Grantsville West Virginia. Thanks.
