I'm searching for my daughter born July 4th between years of 1989 and 1991 at Presbyterian hospital charlotte nc. I remember them saying she may have been visually impaired/blind at birth. I believe she may have been adopted by a family in or around Greensboro NC. I held her for a few precious minutes and haven't seen her since.
