I am searching for birth families. I was born July 18, 1972 in Utica NY. I was adopted through Oneida County Social Services. My Mother was 16 and polish decent. When she had me she was in high school. She had 3 sisters 2 older and 1 younger. her father recently died and was in his 40's her mother would not allow her to bring me home. One of the sisters was diagnosed with jaundis. Father was also in high school with brothers and sisters but no other info given and he might not have known of birth. | |||||||||||||||||||||
