Looking for the birth parents. I am a male who was born on July 13th, 1969 and adopted on February 17th, 1970. My adopted parents went thru the Halifax County Dept of Social Services and the Cabarrus County Dept of Social Services in Concord, NC to pick me up. They told them that my biological Mother was young and of a small stature. My biological Father was a very large man. My foster parents before I was adopted named me Todd. Please let me know if you have any information that would lead me to my birth parents. I was raised with amazing parents but I am still not whole until I know about my birth parents. | |||||||||||||||||||||
