I was born 16 January 1961 at the royal women's hospital in carlton Victoria. Birth name was Janice Maree Gorman. Adopted name Pauline Mary Leonard. No details on my original birth certificate of my birth father Birth mothers name Patricia Mares Gorman. In 1963 or 64 she married a Robert White (listed on marriage certificate as dairy farmer). Searching for birth father or any siblings or relatives. I was adopted through the Catholic family welfare bureau. I came from saint Josephs babies home in Broadmeadows. I think it was also a single mother s home and a working farm at the time. I would like to make contact with my birth father. My birth mother Patricia does not wish to have contact with me.
