My name is Tom Zemaitis, and I'm looking for my birth parents. I was born in Saginaw, MI on June 3, 1985. I weighed 6 lbs. 10 oz, and 19 inches long. I don't know my birth parents names, but I do know a little about their physical appearances. My mother was 26 with brown hair and blue eyes. She was 5'2" and 125 lbs. My father was 25 with dark blonde hair and blue eyes. He was 6'4" and 220 lbs. His nationality was German-Polish. They both had Epilepsy. My mother also had a cleft in her chin, a dimple in her cheek , curvy lips and an upturned nose. My father had a small nose, and was left handed. I really hope to find them. | |||||||||||||||||||||
