matthew charles Barbe was his birth name his birth date is july 28,1983 at St.Josephs hospital in Parkersburg West virgia Denice Ledbetter is the birth mother and a brother Joshua Barbe there was a picture sent to the adoptive parents of matthew and his brother josh matthew is wearing a red pair of shorts a cream shirt with a phrase on it josh is wearing a blue matching outfit with blue shorts and a creame shirt with a different phrase on his one of the shirts say spoiled rotten on it also a picture of matthew at about three or four months in a striped suit outfit with feet in it we also know the adoptive family said they wernt changing his first name matthew because it means gift from god adoption took place in Parkersburg West Virgina in january of 1985 he was 18 months old at the time i think the family that adopted him lived in west virginia or marietta | |||||||||||||||||||||
