I am seeking biological parents. My birth certificate states I was born June 20, 1969 at Good Samaritan Hospital, located in Dayton, Ohio Montgomery County at 9:04AM. It is speculated that the bio-mother was approximately 16 and the bio-father was approximately 22. These ages however may not be accurate. It is believed that I was in foster care up until the first week or so of October 1969. Only other information I have is a Birth No. 134 69 573344; Registrar's No. 4872; Reg. Dist. No. 5701. The M.D. on the birth certificate indicates a Stanley Garber who signed the certificate on June 27, 1969. The Registrar is Sylvia Christ who signed the certificate on July 3, 1969. I'm 5'11", 145 pounds, light brown hair, golden-brown eyes, thin hair, light facial hair, and very intelligent. | |||||||||||||||||||||
