My amended birth certificate says I was born at Colorado General Hospital in Denver,Colorado. I was placed through the Department of Public Welfare, Arapahoe County, Littleton, Colorado. I was in foster care until I was adopted May 20,1963. I am caucasian,(was)blonde, and am 6'2.
