Searching for my Parents. I was born May 24th, 1973 in Pembroke Ontario I believe I was adopted at the age of 4 months. I remember I was told I had a 2 part name containing either Carol or Ann in it. I was lead to believe my mother was a teenager, but I don't know for sure. I would really like to 1st know my family medical history as I have been having some issues and it would help rule stuff out, but also to meet if my parent(s) are amenable.
