I am searching for the child i placed for adoption in Hendricks Co. Indiana in Oct. 1964. She was placed through an attorney Named John Keller. and I have never been able to find any information regarding this adoption. Have been to the State Courthouse and as they stood there holding the file telling me it was a sealed adoption. My name was Mary Ann Shoot residence Plainfield, Ind. at that time. I would very much like to have this ( my child) contact me just to know that she is happy, and healty. I was told that I had a boy, however, several yrs. later my Dr. here in Vacaville, Ca. got my birth records from Hendricks Co. Hospital and they said I had a girl. Why was i deceived so I do not know. I was not allowed to even see my child. Unable to have children after that, I adopted a beautiful baby girl that is now 42 yrs. old. Would love to have them meet if at all possible | |||||||||||||||||||||
