I am trying to find info about my mother and her family. I have three sisters and two brothers and none of us have been told the same thing. She has used three different maiden names on our Birth Certificates and or Legal Documents. Names of Adele Rose Pristabec, Adele Rose Pristavec (different spelling of last name,) and Adele R. Grady. She was born on August 16, 1922. The following is what she has told me. My mother was born in Montana I do not know the city, but think it was either Red Lodge or Red Rock? One time she told me she was born in Red Lodge and another time she said she was born in Red Rock, she has told a silbing she was born it Butte, Montana. Per legal documents I have, she has used the maiden name of Pristabec, Pristavec (note different spellings) and Grady. My Birth Certificate shows her name as Adele Rose Pristabec however on my Baptism Certificate she put her maiden name as Adele R. Grady. She had a brother named Joseph, I do not know his middle name (she told me he died in WW II however do not know if this is true.) Had a sister named Dorothy, I do not know her middle name; I believe she was the oldest sibling, then my mother and then her brother. She told me they were all born in Montana. Neither I nor any of my siblings have ever met then or any of my mothers relatives. I saw an envelope with the name of Burt Grady from Montana in approx. 1961, but donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t know when it was postmarked or the city it came from, and how he may be related. First name could be Burton. She said she moved to Washington State when she was 18 or 19 years old. Some time later she moved to Los Angeles, California. She also lived in Norwalk, Artesia and Anaheim, California. She was born in 1922. In 1950, she put on a legal document she was married to a Ronald Stewart Leigh, however I donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t know it this is true either. In 1958, she said she married Lester Laird Busald, and started using the name Adele Rose Busald. We are trying to find any relatives, Cousins, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, etc. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
