My name is Lisa and I'm black female searching for my birth parents. I was adopted when i was about 2 or 3 years old I believe. The birth certificate that I have states that I was born at Warner Brown Hospital under Dr. W.S. Rainwater MD on March 22 1964 at 3:25pm in Eldorado Arkansas which is (Union County). I believe my birth mom was between 16-18 when she had me,and the most education she had was about the 10th or 11th grade this information was on a piece of paper that my adoptive mother had. | |||||||||||||||||||||
