My name is Amanda Yates. I am 24 years old. My birthday is March 14th, 1988. I was adopted through Methodist Mission Home in San Antonio, Texas to two wonderful parents, Doug & Duana Yates, when I was 9 days old. I have an older brother who was also adopted through Methodist Mission Home, but is not my biological brother. I was told that my birth mother was white (Scots-Irish) and that my birth father was Hispanic (nothing definitive). She met my parents briefly, but my birth father was not present. I am searching for my birth parents and/or any half-siblings. I am curious about genetics, family medical history, and just biological relatives in general. | |||||||||||||||||||||
