Hello My name is Natalie and I am searching for my birth mother and/or family. I was born on October 9, 1984 in Toronto, ON. I am unsure of which hospital I was born in, although St. Michaels could be a possibility. I have Henoch-Schonlein Purpura, which i might have possibly gotten from my family. The only information that I know is that my birth mother was very young when she had me, and was raised Roman Catholic. I was adopted into a Jewish family.
