I am a female born 10/19/1986 and I'm searching for my birth parents, I was born at Wichita General Hospital In Wichita Falls, TX. It is a closed adoption. My birthparents were 18 and 19 at the time. My birth mother had 2 brothers one was 19 and the other 12. I was put into foster care for 4 months until they could locate my birth father so he could sign the paper to relinquish his rights.
