I am the spouse of the adoptee. The Adoptee that goes by the Name Peter Abatte was Peter Brown before being adopted he was born 07/31/1970 in Galveston TX. His birth mother all we know was from Port Arthur Texas, we been looking for a very long time, we are also told he had at least 15 other siblings. This is all the information we have at this time.
