My ggrandfather, John Dillon, emigrated from Ireland to the U.S. in the middle to late 1800's, settling in the Phila. suburb of Montgomery Co.around the Jenkintown area. He married Ellen Ranger, an Englishwoman he met while on the voyage to this country. Does anyone out there know of this family and perhaps what part of Ireland John came from?
