Tioga co.Pa NILES & WEST Nathan Niles born 1720 came from Colchester,Conn. married Mary Sexton. 12 children. son Nathan born 1755 married irene russell(daughter of Jonathan Russell) by 1780 and moved to tioga Co,Pa by 1804. Children : Irena born 1780 married Maj. William Rathbone; Nathan Jr. born 1782 married Ruth Gitchell; Aaron born 1784 married Deborah Ives; Clarissa born 1786 married John Beecher;Erastus 1789 married Permelia Ferry ((My line)); Augustus 1792 married Anna Adams; Violetta 1793 married John Dailey;Rodney 1796 married Emily Hotchkiss; Temperance 1804 married Timothy Brace. The next generation Erastus and Permilia Ferry Niles. I am related through their daughter Aurilla born 19 Mar 1821 who married Nathan Thomas WEST 23 Mar 1838 (He was a son of John WEST & Polly HOLT).
