I am trying to find official documentation or at least lead to that documentation confirming that Isaac Byse (Bayse) Coppedge (Coppage) & Sarah Jackson are the parents of Alexander Humphrey Coppedge (Coppage). Alex is thought to have been born in NC in 1790-1801. He apparently travelled with his "brother" John J. Coppedge to Dickson County TN in the early 1800's where they started their own families.
