I am looking for information on the McNamara Family of Kilbaha, County Clare. My grandmother, Nora emigrated to US in 1900 and a sister, Kate in 1901. Two brothers also emigrated at around the same time., leaving one brother, John, to run the family farm. I went to Kilbaha in 2001 and found no McNamaras living there at that time. Nora's mother's maiden name was Kane or Keane. My grandmother settled in Philadelphia and married Martin Fitzpatrick. They had 8 children, my mother Nora Agnes being the youngest. My mother married John O'Donnell in 1954 and still lives in the Philadelphia area. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
