I am looking for information about the Taylors living around what is now known as John Taylor Rd, Clarksville TN. Some describe this are as Indian Mound, others say it is Woodlawn. My gg-grandmother was Sallie Enolia Taylor. I believe her to be a sister of John Taylor, hence the name of the road.I know she married James Albert Allison, but where? They married December 16, 1886, but there is no record of it in Montgomery county. Sallie was born in 1862 and lived a long life - 92 years. My main questions are about Sallie's family. What were her parents' names? Did she have other siblings, who were they, what happened to them, dates of all important Taylor events, etc. If you have information about these Taylors, please contact me as I know nothing. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
