I am looking for information on Thomas F. Waggoner and Mary M. Torrens who were living in Kingston, Ontario, Canada in 1861 when their son, Robert Torrens Waggoner, was born. Robert married Mary Roche (or Roach) of Stanley, ON and the two emigrated to Detroit, MI where they both died (1922 and 1935 respectively).
