Children of James ERSKINE and Mary Cowper BLACK that survived childhood, either migrated to Ohio or Australia. I am trying to trace those in the USA as I have all the info on the Australian migrants. Jane Gaw (Jeannie) Erskine married William Cowper Black in Scotland, had 4 children, migrated to Connecticut, had another child and were eventually buried in Rose Hill Burial Park, Akron, Ohio. Jeannie's brother James died in Akron Ohio, her sister Ada Emily Erskine married John L Diamond and died in Norwalk, Connecticut, and another sister Emma Erskine married Samuel Focht and died in Akron, Ohio. I would like to make contact with anyone who can help me to know any descendants, but also their burial places. I have been told of Rose Hill Burial Park and Glendale Cemetery, but places of death listed are Akron, Ohio and Norwalk, Connecticut. I would be happy to help with any Australian research to repay help received. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
