Does anyone know the parents/ancestors of Sir Robert Spencer, b.abt 1435, d. 1503, who married Eleanor Beaufort (d. 1501), daughter of Edmund Beaufort Duke of Somerset and Eleanor Beauchamp? I have only found 2 references to Sir Robert's parentage, and they list the same parents as his wife's, somewhat unusual for brother/sister marriages as late as the 15th century.
