Wanting info on Emma Morris Carney circa 1840 to 1874. Lived in Bartow Co. GA. Died circa 1874. Family lore: Emma was 1/2 Cherokee Indian married to anglo. Had three children by A Carney, a son, "Wid", and twins, boy and girl. Had a son by George Washington Barton in 1872 near Pine Log, Bartow Co. Had a brother, J. Morris. Son, Wid, and twins raised by Carney family. Son by G.W.Barton, raised by Bloomer Barton circa 1874 to 1886. Need info also on Emma's relatives.
