I'm looking for an accurate, well-researched list of children of Rev. Jacob Rohrer (1753-1822) who moved to Jessamine Co. KY not long after 1790. His wife was Elizabeth Bruner and he was son of Samuel Rohrer (1728-1788) of Washington Co, MD. The list of 10 children published in Neal's widely circulated book on the Rohrers looks mostly incorrect, is inconsistent with 1790 census records in Maryland and seems to include various children of other Jacob Rohrers who were alive at roughly the same time (there were a lot of them!) Has anyone out there actually researched the children? I am sure that he did have a son Jacob who was also a preacher. I am looking for the children of Jacob Jr. too.
