Query Text:

Searching for birth mother. I was born 9/28/1955 at St. Vincent's Maternity Hospital in Chicago. The Catholic Charities have told me that the name I was given at birth was Sandra Jean Smith and the name that my mother provided (which wasn't her real name) was Mary Kay Smith age 17 from Minnesota. My father's information was not given other than he was 21 and worked in construction. He was Lutheran, 6'1 had blonde hair, green eyes, and fair complexion. His father had died of multiple sclerosis. She was 1 of 5 children, 3 older brothers and a younger sister. Her father owned an insurance agency and mother was a housewife; oldest brother worked for father, 2nd brother was an accountant, and third worked in construction. Mary Kay came to Chicago with her parents, not telling the rest of the siblings, to give birth and put me up for adoption. She had red hair, blue eyes, and fair complexion. Family descent was Irish, English, Germany. She had rheumatic fever at age of 2. I was adopted from St. Vincent's in October 1055. FOUND - 08/28/14
