Query Text:

I am looking for my birth mother. From what I know her first name is Sandy (or Sandie), she was born on April 22, 1973 and she gave birth to me in Fairview General Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio on March 19, 1993 at 12:46pm; I was born 19 and a half inches long at 8 pounds and 12 ounces. My name is Anna Ashley Florian and my adoptive parents are William (Bill) and Janet Florian. I was brought home by them on March 22, 1993. I have one letter hand written from my birth mother that she wrote for me right after I was born for me to have as well as a polaroid of just me that was taken in the hospital after my birth and I know that she wanted to name me Lauren Ashley. From a social and medical history of my biological mother I know that when she gave birth to me at age 19 she was 5'7", single, weighed about 110 pounds, had brown hair and blue eyes, associated herself with the Methodist faith, left handed and caucasian. She described herself as a cross country runner and a singer in choir when she was in high school with her favorite subject being math; she also described herself as caring, sweet and shy-- quick to anger. She described her mother's heritage as Scottish and her father's as German; her parents were married for 17 years then divorced and both remarried. She described her mother as a college graduated registered nurse, age 42 at my birth, and her father as a college graduated engineer, age 45 at my birth. She described that her grandmother died of leukemia. She described my birth father to be 17 at the time of my birth, about 5'9", blonde hair, blue eyes, high school football played and caucasian; according to the very minimal records my adoptive parents received during my adoption, my birth mother said that my conception was the first time her and my birth father met-- it was at a party and she was raped.
