 Looking for information on John Sidney Hopson. He was my Great Grandfather. Fought in the Civil War. He was in the Georgia 17th infantry company D. My Grand father was Robert Lee Hopson. My mother was Minnie Lee Hopson. I just have threads of information and would like to find out more. My name is Robert Merada My Grandfathers first wife was Ida Brown They Lived in Leesburg Florida. His second wife was Minnie Timmerman and they lived in Bowling Green Florida
