I am looking for information on the Williams family that lived in Fayette Co. Georgia in the early to mid 1800's. Specifically I am looking for a connection with Samuel M. Williams (b. 1827 Fayette co. GA) who married Martha Hudson (b. 1829 GA) they married in Fayette Co., GA on 11-12-1846. I suspect his father was James H. Williams from this area. Also connected to James is Avington or Arrington Williams, Moses Williams and Fayette County Will Book A page 124-125 Moses Williams children James H., John H., Lucretia (w/o Allen Reeves), Elizabeth (w/o William Kellam), Mary (w/o James Spurlin), Sally (w/o Alfred Reeves), Nancy (w/o John McDonald).
