I am looking for information regarding my GG Grandfather, Johann Friederick August Zahn, born in Germany on Feb 10, 1818 and died on Jan 9, 1895. He married Johanna F. A. Ahlmann who was born in Germany on July 11, 1822 and died on July 25, 1896. They are buried at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Walter Township, Lac Qui Parle County, Bellingham, Minnesota. They came to America from Bremen, Germany arriving in Baltimore on April 15, 1883. Their children include Ludwig, Karl 1846-1923, Wilhemina 1849-1931, Federicka 1855-1937, Heinrich 1859-1924, and August 1863-1911. August Friedrick Wilhelm, born Feb 16, 1863, was my GGrandfather. He married Emilie Bernadine Caroline Ninnerman/Ninnemann on Dec 31, 1887. Emilie was born on Feb 5, 1864, on December 31, 1887. According to the 1900 census they came to America in 1880. Their children include Meta 1888-1987, Heinrick 1889-1971, August 1892-1973, William 1894-1976, Frederick (my grandfather)1897-1971, Louise 1889-1974, Carl 1903-1972, Gertrude 1907-Present, Gerhardt 1908-1908, and Esther 1910-1998.
