I am researching the Loyd family from Laurel Co., Ky. My great grandfather owned a store in Laurel County. Names I am looking for are John Loyd, Ambrose P. Loyd, William Harvey Loyd. John Loyd married Sally Hibbard 1820ca. Sally was daughter of Jedidiah Hibbard. Family lived in area around Raccoon Creek. Ambrose was civil war veteran and married Ester Ray. William Harvey Loyd married Minerva Ray.
