Query Text: |
I am trying to trace my husbands side of the family. The name is Bigness. His great grandfather was Alexander Bigness(Bigginess?. Alexander might have a middle name or first name of Ellington, or this could be his fathers name.I know that he was born in Canada on January 23, 1877. His mothers maiden name is Chounard. He was married to an Emma Scram (or could be spelled Schram. I know that she was born in Canada about 1898. The Bigness name has changed from an original French name. I don't know how to spell it, but I am doing it by sound, Bigginayvaucarious. Appearently there was some kind of problem with family a inheritance that was supposedly in probate. Whatever the problem, it caused siblings to argue and appearently separate and disown each other. Any help with this connection would be appreciated. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
