I am looking for information on a Eustache or Auguste and Josette or Josephine Piche Lapoint who lived in Thompson, Connecticut in 1850. They were married at St. Jude PQ, Sept. 30, 1828. The children were: Lucy Micue, Marie, Alfred, Amelia, Joseph, Elnora, Michael Micue and Lucy E. Micue (son in law and grandchild) Their daughter Marie Elmire, married my ggrandfather, Eustache Malo. in Thompson 1850. He also goes by Austin Marlow or Augustus Martin as the records show in Thompson. I believe they left Connecticut after 1850 and went back to Canada. The Marlows (Malos) went to Brandon, Vt and then Marlborough, Ma. Austin (Eustache) was in the civil war out of Rutland County, Vermont. I found a Josette Lapointe living at the Gray Nuns nursing home in Chambly, PQ in 1881. Would like information on this Josette and any related family members. Thank you | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
